Cancellation Policy

The UNCAGED Sports Foundation 6-Week Saturday Basketball Academy is a structured six-week youth basketball development program designed to provide consistent athletic instruction, skill development, physical training, discipline, teamwork, and character development. Registration reserves a participant's place in the specific age group and session for the entire six-week program. Because enrollment is limited, registration is considered a commitment to the full six-week program and not to individual sessions. Registration fees are based on the six-week program and are not calculated on a per-session basis. Once registration is completed and payment is received, the participant's spot is considered reserved. ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to limited enrollment and the costs associated with staffing, gym/facility space, equipment, insurance, administration, training preparation, and program operations, UNCAGED Sports Foundation does not provide refunds after registration and payment have been completed. Failure to attend does not cancel the financial obligation associated with registration. No partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Parents/guardians should carefully review the six-week schedule and confirm that the participant is able to attend before registering. Participants are expected to arrive on time and be ready to participate at the scheduled start time. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are: Dropped off on time; Checked in according to program procedures; Picked up promptly at the conclusion of their scheduled session. Repeated late arrival may interfere with training and may affect the participant's ability to fully participate in that day's activities. UNCAGED Sports Foundation is not responsible for supervision outside the designated program hours. Any placement decision made by the coaching staff is intended to support the participant's development and the overall operation of the Academy. The Academy consists of six consecutive Saturday training sessions according to the published program schedule. Participants and parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing the official schedule before registration. If a participant is removed or dismissed from the program because of behavioral or conduct issues, no refund will be provided. Parents/guardians may be contacted regarding serious or repeated behavioral concerns.
